ALEXANDRIA, VA, June 23, 2011 – PD Systems , a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, announced today that it received a Task Order (TO) award notification from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Lee for providing MOS 91C (Utilities Equipment Repairer) and 91J (Quartermaster Chemical Equipment Repairer) instructors to the Ordnance School’s Tactical Support Equipment Department at Fort Lee, Virginia beginning on 01 August 2011.
PD Systems in concert with our teammate General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) will provide nine instructors in support of this TO. Team PDS will provide instructors to perform platform and hands-on instruction for Advanced Individual Training (AIT). Instructors will provide service augmentation to TSED so it can provide performance-oriented training as directed, using the TRADOC approved Program Of Instructions (POIs). The 91C Instructors will train Soldiers on two-level maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, automotive A/C systems, forced air heaters, and selected high pressure gas systems. The 91J Instructors will train Soldiers on two-level maintenance of a variety of equipment to include water production equipment, petroleum supply equipment, chemical equipment, decontamination equipment, and heater and steam cleaner maintenance.
