PD Systems Receives Order for Woodland Net Systems for the Biological Integrated Detection System Vehicles

ALEXANDRIA, VA, October 11, 2011 – PD Systems , a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business, announced today that it has received an order for 58 High Mobility Camouflage (HMC) Systems for the Biological Integrated Detection System (BIDS) vehicles from Letterkenny Army Depot. The potential value of the Task Order award is $440,295.98.

The HMC Systems use state-of-the-art technology and custom designed Ultra-Lightweight Camouflage Net System (ULCANS) nets. PDS Systems employees have delivered more than 800 netting systems that provide increased survivability, fast deployment and recovery, and reduced detection and identification of military equipment.
