FORT LEE, VA, June 30, 2014 – PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, announced today that it received the exercise of Option Year Two from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Lee for providing operations support to the Army Logistics University (ALU) beginning on August 01, 2014.
PD Systems, Inc. will provide Operations Specialists to provide operations and administrative support to service members attending TRADOC approved Program of Instruction (POI) training courses to include maintaining personnel files and training records, inputting student data into the Electronic Military Personnel Officer (EMILPO) Automated System, maintaining unit monthly reports, and submitting requests for student follow-on assignments. Additionally, a Watch Officer will be provided to perform a variety of tasks related to physical security, greeting visitors of ALU, providing assistance to visitors to the facility, and providing briefings to Staff Duty personnel.
