Arlington, VA, December 14, 2013 – PD Systems’ employees Carla Edge, Bill Molino, and their respective families participated in Wreaths Across America at Arlington National Cemetery this past weekend.
Carla, her husband, and her two boys, Henry and Harry, ages 10 and 6, waited for over an hour in the cold to be able to participate. “This is a wonderful opportunity to instill in my children an appreciation for the sacrifices of our military personnel,” stated Carla. “At first, we were so cold, but once we received our wreaths and went to lay them, we were all bolstered by the spirit of the tradition. The boys wanted to keep going!”
Bill Molino, whose Grandfather, Angelo Molino, served in the Army during WWII and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery alongside his wife, Jennie, added, “For years I have appreciated the care with which others have seen to it that my grandfather and other veterans are not forgotten. This is my opportunity to share in that tribute and this wonderful tradition.”
