Frank joins PD Systems with over 10 years of Business Development experience in the defense services sector. Prior to his activities in private industry, Frank served 27 years in the US Coast Guard culminating in his selection and service as the ninth Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard.
Mr. Welch will serve as our Director of Corporate Business Development further solidifying and expanding PD Systems’ position in the defense market.
