Prince George, VA, November 15, 2017 – PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, has been awarded a contract to manage logistics operations in Puerto Rico connected to hurricane relief efforts. PD Systems will perform this work under a contract awarded by Crowley Logistics, Inc.
PD Systems will provide Movement Control services led by our on-site team at the FEMA Command Center in San Juan. In addition, PD Systems will provide four operations cells located at three intermediate staging bases (ISBs) and a centralized Container yard. All personnel will work 7 days per week, 12 hours per day to help Puerto Rico rebuild following the devastation of Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
