RICHMOND, VA, August 27, 2015 – Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe recognized PD Systems, Inc. at the Third Annual Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Summit held in Richmond, Va. Governor McAuliffe first presented the Governor’s Award to recognize PD Systems for hiring the most Veterans among medium sized V3 certified companies (73 new Veterans hired during the 2015 State Fiscal Year).
