PD Systems, Inc. is looking for a CAD designer for work on Marine Corps Engineer Systems (MC ES) Technical Area Expert (TAE) Engineering Support in Panama City, Florida. The CAD Designer shall provide drafting and engineering support to the MC ES TAE for items such as developing technical data packages, performing engineering drawing reviews, updating technical data, and submitting deviation requests and drawing deficiency notifications. In addition to collaborating on efforts to create new or review CAD solid models and engineering drawings, using Solid Edge Release 19 or higher, ProE, or AutoCad as required.

Chief, OCONUS Maintenance Operations (Stationed in CONUS)

PD Systems is looking for an individual with extensive maintenance experience for the position of Chief, OCONUS Maintenance Operations to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). Experience in Improvised Explosive Device Defeat/Protect Force (IEDD/PF) equipment such as SPARK Rollers and anti-terrorism technology such as Entry Control Points is a plus. The CLS services will include system integration/installation onto vehicle systems, studies/analyses, parts management, asset tracking, equipment repair and troubleshooting, and training for the entire range of PM IEDD/PF equipment and anti-terrorism technology. The Chief reports directly to the PM who is responsible for all aspects of program performance. The Chief manages and supervises a variety of personnel (i.e. technical, financial, contractual and administrative) in all aspects of the program. Electrical Engineer

Field Service Rep (Afghanistan)

The Field Service Rep (FSR) shall provide the following support: De-processing and repair any transit damage, install over-packed items, and make necessary repairs to ensure the vehicle is fully operational at the time of hand-off to the owning unit. Provide training for operators. Maintain an inventory of all deployment blocks, tools, and test equipment. Provide weekly maintenance and supply support reports. The FSR shall provide maintenance support, including repair and replacement of major components of the vehicle to maintain combat readiness. FSR will be located in OCONUS base on the density of vehicles in Afghanistan. Afghanistan locations will be in a combat area of operations operating in an austere environment with the British military. The duration period of performance is one year from initial arrival. Instructor Recovery Division (91B, 91H, 91P) with ASI H8 (Fort Lee, VA)

Lane Safety Observer Controller and Evaluator (O/C & E)

Must have a minimum of 10 years military experience. Prefer experience as an O/C at one of the Combat Training Centers. Must have familiarization with and understanding of the Current Operating Environment and can readily impart this knowledge to the training audience (AIT Soldiers, BNCOC and BOLC students). Logistics Analysis/Team Leader (TACOM)

PD Systems is looking for an individual with extensive logistics experience for the position of Logistics Analysis/Team Leader stationed in Warren, Michigan (TACOM). The overall requirement is to support the TACOM LCMC. TACOM LCMC requires LIW-ILAP analytical support services and requires Contractor support for retail maintenance and supply status analysis of all TACOM Managed Weapon Systems to include those deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). The candidate will use utilize the LIW-ILAP to identify TACOM Weapon Systems that are being reported as Non-Mission Capable (NMC/NMCM/NMCS) and require Maintenance/Supply transactions at the Organizational and Sustainment level. The candidate will provide training to TACOM LCMC Associates on the use of the LIW-ILAP web-based system and how to request, run and query reports. PD Systems, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager for work on Marine Corps Engineer Systems (MC ES) Technical Area Expert (TAE) Engineering Support in Panama City, Florida. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing project management oversight with the following:

  • Provide support for generation and tracking of project schedules and financial reporting.
  • Provide support for initial concept development, the evaluation and assessment of existing system capabilities, and generating input to system operational requirements.
  • Support the research and review of existing test results or other documentation, analyze promising technologies and desired capabilities, and prepare white papers, reports, or other documentation supporting development initiatives for future systems.
  • Oversee execution of test plans, schedules and data analysis and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver programmatic and technical documents as required to support NSWC PCD in communicating development status and plans to program sponsors, stakeholders, NSWC PCD executives, and other interested parties.
    1. Status Reports: weekly and monthly summary of program status.

Project Manager (Albany, GA)

PD Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines required. Additional experience must include a minimum of twelve (12) years progressive experience in managing, directing, and implementing life cycle services. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing PD Systems MCLogss team of subcontractors, managing project execution and deliverables, and shaping customer expectations. He/she will be the prime POC for Government Stakeholders, and will lead assigned personnel in the development of implementation plans, requirements analysis, and achievement of schedule milestones. Specific responsibilities include: establishing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, maintaining complete client satisfaction (on time results and quality control), task order mining and task response, leading and managing the Implementation Team, preparing monthly project status reports (Program Management Reviews), and lead the execution of project work using the established team of Subject Matter Experts. Project Management Support (Panama City, FL)

The Contractor shall provide project management oversight to support this PWS as follows:

  • Provide support for generation and tracking of project schedules and financial reporting.
  • Provide support for initial concept development, the evaluation and assessment of existing system capabilities, and generating input to system operational requirements.
  • Support the research and review of existing test results or other documentation, analyze promising technologies and desired capabilities, and prepare white papers, reports, or other documentation supporting development initiatives for future systems.
  • Oversee execution of test plans, schedules and data analysis and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver programmatic and technical documents as required to support NSWC PCD in communicating development status and plans to program sponsors, stakeholders, NSWC PCD executives, and other interested parties.
    1. Status Reports: weekly and monthly summary of program status.
    2. Scheduling: Program schedule outline, tracking summaries, and Gantt charts.
    3. Briefs: Provide assistance in preparation and dissemination of program briefings.
  • Meeting Agenda and Minutes: Prepare and disseminate per Government guidance.
  • Data Handling: The Contractor shall maintain under configuration management processes all raw data, all historical and final documentation resulting from execution of this PWS and shall deliver the data as requested by the Government. The data shall be maintained and delivered in an editable, nonproprietary format approved by the COR. The Contractor shall upload documents and data to CMPro.

Senior Tech Analyst (Panama City, FL)

PD Systems, Inc. is looking for an Senior Tech Analyst for work on Marine Corps Engineer Systems (MC ES) Technical Area Expert (TAE) Engineering Support in Panama City, Florida. Test/Evaluation/Training Coordinator

PD Systems, Inc. is looking for Test/Evaluation/Training Coordinator with at least ten years of experience in managing and operating training and testing activities and testing procedures. This will include direct supervision of contractor's workers. Sufficient background in the planning of training and testing activities and the interface with engineering and scientific personnel in the setup and conduct of elaborate tests of laser and IR equipment applications is required. The individual must be able to select and hire contractors to perform various tasks at the test facility. There are two positions available: one CONUS and one OCONUS.
