Project Manager / Albany, GA
PD Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines required. Additional experience must include a minimum of twelve (12) years progressive experience in managing, directing, and implementing life cycle services. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing PD Systems MCLogss team of subcontractors, managing project execution and deliverables, and shaping customer expectations. He/she will be the prime POC for Government Stakeholders, and will lead assigned personnel in the development of implementation plans, requirements analysis, and achievement of schedule milestones. Specific responsibilities include: establishing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, maintaining complete client satisfaction (on time results and quality control), task order mining and task response, leading and managing the Implementation Team, preparing monthly project status reports (Program Management Reviews), and lead the execution of project work using the established team of Subject Matter Experts. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret Clearance or be eligible for one.
The MCLogss (Marine Corps Logistics Support Services) Contractor provides complete life cycle services to include Program Management Support, Quality Assurance Support, Information/Technology (IT) Support for Daily Operation of Logistic Systems/Requirements, Information/Technology Specialized Support, Training Support, Program Support, Transportation/Supply Support, Support to LOGCOM Centers and subordinate commands in Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Support, and Technical Data Development Support.

Senior JCIDS Logistician / Fort Lee, VA
PD Systems is looking for a Senior Logistician with experience in the U.S. Army Combat Developments process. This job requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in developing JCIDS related products such as: Functional Area Analysis (FAA), Function Needs Analysis (FNA), Function Solution Analysis (FSA), Initial Capabilities Documents, Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), and Capabilities Production Documents (CPD). The Senior Logistician is further required to be familiar with and conduct coordination on the various JCIDS related products across appropriate internal SCoE/CASCOM Staff Directorates and external agencies such as TRADOC. Candidates must possess an active Secret Security Clearance or be eligible for one.

Field Service Rep / Afghanistan
The FSR shall provide the following support: De-processing and repair any transit damage, install over-packed items, and make necessary repairs to ensure the vehicle is fully operational at the time of hand-off to the owning unit. Provide training for operators. Maintain an inventory of all deployment blocks, tools, and test equipment. Provide weekly maintenance and supply support reports. The FSR shall provide maintenance support, including repair and replacement of major components of the vehicle to maintain combat readiness. FSR will be located in OCONUS base on the density of vehicles in Afghanistan. Afghanistan locations will be in a combat area of operations operating in an austere environment with the British military. The duration period of performance is one year from initial arrival. This job requires a high school diploma and five (5) years of experience in a commercial vehicle service management or technical service support position or military maintenance/logistics support position; ten (10) years experience in the truck industry management, or as a Military Motor Sergeant Maintenance Warrant Officer position; and a proven understanding of repair procedures on wheeled and tracked vehicles: HUMVEE, 5 TON TRUCKS, M1 Abrams Tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) or MRAP. The successful candidate must possess a private driver's license, undergo and pass a drug screening, physical examination and reference or security check. Job location is Afghanistan.

Engineer
PD Systems is searching for Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 4, 6 or 8 years experience relating to military design projects. Work includes research and development for complex military applications. Good written and communication skills are required. Individual must have the ability to perform detailed-oriented work. Must have mechanical or electrical engineering expertise in Test Management, Technical Analysis and Documentation Support; Environmental and Safety Management, Technical drawing package and Configuration Management Support, Production and Manufacturing Management, and Modeling and Simulation. Pro/ENGINEER® experience is required. AutoCAD experience is helpful. Location is Stafford, Virginia.

Electrical Engineer / Woodbridge VA:
PD Systems is looking for an Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree and at least 4, or 6 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Candidates must have vehicle power and cabling experience. In addition, good writing and communication skills; working knowledge of word processing and engineering software applications (Pro/ENGINEER®, AutoCAD®); organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Design vehicle power cables (schematics, wiring diagrams, select power cable components); Ability to solve complex technical problems; Perform conceptual, developmental and planning functions for major programs; Generate specifications or plans for operational implementation; Prepare detailed technical documentation to support technical findings, opinion or recommendations; Perform customer liaison, make presentations and attend customer meetings; And act as a recognized expert in a vehicle power cabling.

Contracts Manager:
PD Systems is looking for a Contracts Manager, whose major job duties will include preparation, negotiation, and administration of all contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and related documents and activities. Successful candidate will be actively involved in proposal preparation, including cost pricing, and will ensure that contractual activities comply with all terms and conditions and applicable regulations. Additionally, successful candidate will assist in establishing company policies and procedures. Candidates must have a degree in a related field with five (5) or more years of contracting experience. Program Manager / Ft. Belvoir Night Vision:
PD Systems is looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager with a Bachelor's/Master's degree (5/10 years experience can be substituted for the degrees) in engineering, computer science, mathematics or the physical sciences. Additional experience must include a minimum of eight (8) years experience in Research and Development with five (5) years experience in program/project management on Army systems. Education and experience must demonstrate an ability to plan, direct, and coordinate administrative activities, program control and supervision of personnel involved in Engineering and Management support provided under this contract. PD Systems is searching for an experienced and talented Electrical Engineer to research, plan and design electrical and electromechanical products and systems, and direct and coordinate activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, testing and repair of electrical products and systems. The successful candidate must be able to lead a small group of engineers and demonstrate the ability to work independently. PD Systems is searching for a talented and experience individual to develop engineering drawings using computer based drawing packages such as Pro/ENGINEER® or SolidWorks®, and AutoCAD®. The successful candidate will develop engineering drawings for site plans, electrical interconnects, and mechanical plans for specialized hardware. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years experience. A diversified drafting background is required. A minimum of two (2) years experience shall be in drafting of special interconnects drawings, site plans, and mechanical parts typical of custom hardware installations. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general supervision.
