06/24/2016 - PD Systems’ Instructors support an educational tour of youth at the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence on Fort Lee, Virginia

PRINCE GEORGE, VA, June 24, 2016 - PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, announced today that our food service instructors in the U.S. Army’s Joint Culinary Center of Excellence (JCCoE) participated in an outreach program to educate youth from the community.

PD Systems employees serving as MOS 92G, Food Supply Specialist, technical instructors at the Army’s JCCoE supported the tour of children from the Fort Lee Child, Youth, & School Services Program in an educational experience focused on the training of Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Soldiers to include classes on baking cookies. JCCoE Sergeant Major, SGM Anthony B. Brown, complimented the team for doing an outstanding and superb job of representing the Department. 06/24/2016 - PD Systems’ Instructor, Mr. Russell Datts, Recognized for Superior Performance by the U.S. Army Reserve 80th Training Command

PRINCE GEORGE, VA, June 24, 2016 - PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, announced today that one of its employees, Mr. Russell Datts was featured in the May 26, 2016 edition of the Fort Lee Traveller newspaper for his lifelong devotion to the U.S. Army petroleum community.

The 80th Training Command recognized PD Systems employee Mr. Russell Datts in an article detailing Mr. Datts’ superior performance as an MOS 92F, Petroleum Supply Specialist, on active duty and now as a contract instructor. Mr. Datts works on the PD Systems contract in support of the 94th Training Division at Fort Lee, Virginia. He was cited for bringing an extraordinary level of experience and enthusiasm to the classroom as a civilian contractor teaching at the Army School System Training Center for the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Datts spent 26 years in the active Army as a Petroleum Supply Specialist and has been an instructor for the Reserves for the past 13 years.

PRINCE GEORGE, VA, April 7, 2016 - PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, announced today that it received an award from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Lee for providing Technical Instructors and Training Support Services for the U.S. Army Logistics University, Department of Education and Operations (DEO) at Fort Lee, Virginia for a base period beginning on May 1, 2016.

PD Systems will provide personnel across instructor and training support service requirements on this task order. Team PDS will provide instructors to perform platform and hands-on instruction for various Staff and Faculty Training such as the Army Basic Instructor Course, the Cadre Training Course, and the Support Cadre Training Course. MADISON HEIGHTS, MI, April 1, 2016 - PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, announced today that it received an EAGLE subcontract from Marton Technologies, Inc. to provide maintenance personnel to support the Fort Riley LRC at Fort Riley, Kansas for a base period beginning on April 1, 2016, with four options.

PD Systems, Inc. will provide 36 maintenance personnel including the Installation Maintenance Management Division (IMMD) Manager, the Allied Trades Branch Supervisor, the Equipment Repair Branch Supervisor, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Welders, Emergency Vehicle Technicians, Auto body Repairmen, Painters, Fuel Distribution Systems Mechanics and Quality Control Inspectors. 3/30/2016 - PD Systems Awarded Task Order to Provide Instructor Personnel for the ALU Sustainment Automation Support Management Office (SASMO) Course

FORT LEE, VA, March 30, 2016 - PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, announced today that it received an award from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Lee for providing support to the Army Logistics University (ALU) Sustainment Automation Support Management Office (SASMO) Course. PD Systems will provide instructor support services to the ALU SASMO course for a base period of one year beginning on April 1, 2016.

PD Systems will train officers, warrant officers, enlisted and civilian personnel with skills ranging from functional logistics specialists through technical automation specialists. Prince George, VA, March 4, 2016. PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, announced today that it received a modification to two Task Orders (TO) in support of the US Army Quartermaster School at Fort Lee, Virginia.

PD Systems, Inc. provides 65 instructors and 24 training support personnel in support of the Quartermaster School. This modification increases funding for government required training in support of these positions.

PRINCE GEORGE, VA, February 22, 2016 – The Training and Logistics Services Division (TLSD) of PD Systems, Inc. continues to recognize two of its team members as “Employees of the Month.” For February 2016, the awardees were Mr. Corey Davis and Ms. Sharda Byrd. Mr. Davis is an MOS 91C, Utilities Equipment Repairer Course Instructor, in the Tactical Support Equipment Department of the U.S. Army Ordnance School. Ms. Byrd serves as an Order Clerk in the Student Management section of the Fort Lee Army Garrison Human Resources Directorate. This recognition is based on their superior performance, high personal standards, outstanding work ethic, and dedication to the mission.

Each employee received a signed letter from the President of the Company, a framed TLSD Certificate of Achievement, and a gift card to a local restaurant. Mr. Mercedes serves as an instructor for the Slingload Inspector Certification Course (SLICC) supporting the Aerial Delivery and Field Services Department within the U.S. Army Quartermaster School. 01/01/2016 - PD Systems, Inc. Awarded Option Period Four with the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Veterans Services Contract for Training and Curriculum Development

PRINCE GEORGE, VA, January 1, 2016 - PD Systems, Inc., a privately held Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, announced today that it received Option Period Four award notification from the Virginia Department of Veterans Services (DVS). This action continues contract services during 1 January – 30 June 2016.

PD Systems will provide training presentations, curriculum development, and consulting support to DVS with the purpose of educating businesses, local and state agencies, and other entities on the value of hiring Veterans. This will include curriculum that promotes successful and innovative methods for recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining Veterans. In addition, DVS added a contracted Marketing Specialist position in Option Period Four.
